All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be added accordingly.

Payment Terms:

30% upfront deposit
30% after the first fitting phase
30% after the second phase

New build projects are highly dependent on site conditions, planning permissions, and project specifications, with timelines determined based on individual project requirements.

Any extra work requested by the client during the project (such as modifications, material upgrades, or additional services) will be reviewed, quoted, and require client approval before proceeding. Additional charges may apply for unexpected structural issues or changes beyond the initial scope.
All projects are carried out under a written contract outlining the full details, costs, and timelines, ensuring complete transparency and reliability.
